Subprocessors
The third parties Peerlify engages to process personal data on our customers' behalf.

Peerlify uses a deliberately small set of subprocessors to deliver the Service. This page lists the third parties that may process Personal Data on behalf of a customer, the purpose of each engagement, the categories of data involved, and the locations in which processing takes place. The page is the authoritative list referenced from our Data Processing Addendum.
Each subprocessor is engaged under a written contract that imposes data-protection obligations no less protective than those Peerlify owes to its customers. Where a subprocessor processes Personal Data outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, we put in place the cross-border transfer mechanism required by Applicable Data Protection Law (Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum, Swiss adaptations, Québec privacy impact assessment, as applicable).
1. Infrastructure and platform
Hosting, compute, and storage for the control plane, relays, and web properties.

4. Peerlify affiliates
Peerlify, Inc. is a Québec corporation. We do not currently have affiliated entities that process Customer Personal Data. If we establish one (for example, an EU subsidiary to act as an Article 27 representative), it will be added to this page before processing begins.
5. Change notifications
We provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any addition or replacement of a subprocessor that processes Customer Personal Data, as required by our DPA. To receive notifications:
- Email legal@peerlify.com with the subject "Subprocessor updates" and the account email you want subscribed.
- Watch the changelog at peerlify.com/blog; we tag posts that announce subprocessor changes.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor for reasonable data-protection grounds, as described in our DPA.
