Frequently asked

Pricing questions.

How is a user counted?
Each distinct identity (email) that signs in to your Network counts as one user. Service accounts and headless devices enrolled with an auth key do not count toward user seats.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
No card required to start the trial. If you add one during the 14 days, the paid plan begins billing on day 14. If no card is on file at day 14, the subscription ends at no charge and the Network is paused — devices go offline and the console locks — until you renew, choose another plan, or revert to the free Personal tier (up to 3 users) from Settings → Billing. No failed-charge emails, no surprises.
How does Team / Business per-user billing work?
You’re billed for the number of active users in the Network at the close of each billing period. Stripe handles proration automatically when you add or remove a user mid-cycle.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in the console. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you can reactivate before then. After that the Network is paused until you renew, pick another plan, or revert it to the free Personal tier (up to 3 users). Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, so we don’t prorate a refund for the unused part of a term. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual customers pay for 10 months and get 2 months free, across every paid tier. You can switch from monthly to annual any time — the discount applies on the next billing cycle.
Currency and taxes?
All prices are in USD. Stripe Tax automatically calculates and adds applicable VAT / sales tax based on your billing address.
Is there a non-profit or education discount?
Verified education and registered non-profit organizations receive 50% off the Team plan. Email sales@peerlify.com from your institutional address to apply.
